Kobe Tribute Mural

These prints were made from a 9 ft mural of Kobe Bryant located in my studio in Costa Mesa, California. I started painting the mural in early December 2020 and I finished it on the morning of January 26, 2021, the 1 year anniversary of the tragic accident that took the lives of Kobe, Gianna, and 7 others. This mural was featured on NBC World News, NBC4 News, KTLA, FOX LA, NOWTHIS News, Yahoo News, Good Day LA, The Profanity Nation Podcast, News.com (Australia), and Cairns Post (Australia). Thank you all for featuring my work. Due to the pandemic, I haven’t participated in an art show since March 2020. The recent coverage of this mural has shown my work to more people than I could’ve ever imagined. And for that, I thank you. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to mambaandmambacita.org.
